Shipping 

We offer shipping services across the United States using USPS or UPS priority mail, with delivery typically taking 1-3 days. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, ensuring that orders arrive within 2-3 days. Any orders placed after Wednesday 2 pm PST will be processed on the next available shipping day.

Please be aware that certain items, such as Party Pans, Party Trays, and Sugar’s Famous Cookie Jars, are only available for delivery. If you require a specific delivery date, you can select it on the calendar during checkout, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times with USPS or UPS 

For larger orders or shipping inquiries, please contact us at Info@sugarsfamouscookies.com. Orders shipped on Thursdays in most west coast states (CA, NV, AZ, UT, & OR) will be delivered on Saturday, while Southern and East coast states will ship out on the following Monday.

Please allow 48 hours for order processing. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Additionally, USPS does not ship to APOs or FPOs.

Sugar’s Famous Cookies and Ice Cream may contact you regarding any changes to your shipping arrangements if necessary. However, please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and includes a company name, suite, and/or apartment number if applicable. Providing a correct phone number for the recipient will also help ensure timely delivery.

Please note that Sugar’s Famous Cookies and Ice Cream is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery time or date caused by the shipping company for any reason. Shipping companies may require a signature for packages at their discretion, even if we have not requested one. We are not responsible for any delays or returns caused by this requirement.

All orders from Sugar’s Famous Cookies and Ice Cream are shipped “No signature required” to avoid delays. However, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are stolen or damaged after delivery to the specified address.

For USPS Priority shipping, we limit the travel time to no more than 3 days to ensure the freshest product for our customers. Please note that this shipping option typically arrives before 8 pm.

Regarding our return policy, due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns. We strive for every customer to love our cookies, but if you do not enjoy them due to personal taste preference, we cannot offer a refund. However, if you receive a damaged product or your order is not as specified, please contact us at Info@sugarsfamouscookies.com, and we will review your case on an individual basis.

By making a purchase through the Sugar’s Famous Cookies and Ice Cream website, you acknowledge and agree to our no return policy. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any merchandise.
